BOOKING

At the time of your reservation you will have to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay.

The balance will be paid at the latest 30 days before your arrival in the residence. Please note that in order for your booking to be effective, do not forget to send us your payment accompanied by the duly signed booking contract. In the case of unpaid balance (one month before arrival) the Company reserves the right to consider your reservation canceled and to apply accordingly the cancellation fees. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes except the tourist tax. They are expressed in euro on the basis of the conditions in effect on 1 January of the previous year. They may be changed without notice in the event of economic disruption. Our prices always include the provision of the accommodation of water, electricity, heating and rental charges included.

They do not include the following optional services: breakfasts, private households and, in general, services and supplements not explicitly provided for at the outset. We remind you that you are responsible for insurance against the rental risks during your stay. The availability of your house is valid for seven nights for weekly stays and for 2 nights for Weekend stays. The dates of the beginning of the stay are indicated in the price tables. Any stay interrupted or abbreviated cannot lead to any refund. Registration for one of the stays involves knowing and accepting the special conditions contained in our leaflet.
We reserve the right to modify the execution of our programs on an exceptional basis without updating this leaflet.
The prices and taxes of stay will be confirmed by our services at the time of your reservation. Each house intended for a maximum number of occupants cannot be inhabited in overcapacity.
Pets are allowed on a leash in the residence for a supplement payable at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION OF STAY

Cancellation of stay, assignment of stay or modification: confirmation cancellation by E-mail or by registered mail.
Only one modification is accepted without charge if the departure date remains unchanged. Any stay abbreviated by the customer will not lead to any refund, if Solutio Gestion RT is required to modify a stay, in case of force majeure, the customer will receive a counter proposal of stay comparable in costs and date. If the customer refuses, Solutio Gestion RT Will offer a full refund of the stay without the customer being entitled to a compensatory allowance.
It will be deducted from the price of your reservation a handling fee of 50 € :

- 25% of the total amount of your stay for any cancellation reported between the 30th and the 21th day before the date of your arrival.
- 50% of the total amount of your stay for any cancellation reported between the 20th and the 15th day before the date of your arrival.
- 75% of the total amount of your stay between the 14th and the 7th day before the date of your arrival.
- 100% of the total amount of your stay for any cancellation reported less than 7 days before the expected date of your arrival.  

ARRIVAL

The day of arrival, your house will be available from 16h (4 PM). The site manager will give you the keys of your house as well as the inventory of the furniture and equipment and will ask you a payment of a deposit of €300. Regarding inventory, it is important that you mention anything missing before signing this document and hand it to the front desk. If you are unable to arrive within a reasonable time of the reception opening hours, you must inform the residence at 05.34.01.52.68 so that we can let you know how to find the keys as soon as you arrive. Rules of procedure are posted in the residence. We thank you for reading and respecting it.

DEPARTURE

The day of departure indicated on your reservation contract, the house must be vacated before 10 am.
In case of no return of keys at this time, the establishment reserves the right to cash an additional night. It must be returned in perfect state of cleanliness, your deposit will be returned to you upon the departure after checking the inventory. Any broken or deteriorated items and any charges for cleaning up the premises, if necessary, will be charged to you. If the amount of your deposit is insufficient, you will be asked to complete it. In case of an early departure outside the opening hours of the reception, the deposit will be sent to you.  

INFORMATION

For specific requests concerning the orientation of your house or other desiderata, do not hesitate to inform the site manager, we will always try to satisfy you without contractual commitment. The mentioned reductions apply only to the accommodation part. Promotions are not retroactive. You can ask us for more information about the house you are going to occupy. The information concerning the place, the surroundings and the practicable activities are given as an indication on our website www.loustaldelcarlat.com and cannot engage our responsibility. CLAIM

Any complaints concerning a stay must be sent by registered letter to SAS Solutio Gestion RT, Rsd l’Oustal del Carlat, 09130 CARLA BAYLE, within 15 days after your departure. However it is better to report any boredom at the time of your presence within the residence. We will make every effort to satisfy your request to the best of our ability. In case of disputes, only the court of Agen will be competent.
